Expressway offers advance bookings on scheduled services for groups of 9-19 people where capacity is available. To make an enquiry, please fill in the information in the form below.For groups of 20 or more please email privatehire@buseireann.ie
We will respond to your request within 3 working days and provide a quotation. Group bookings are subject to availability on Expressway services. Adult and child rates are available with multiple payment options.
Terms & Conditions
- For bookings made inside the Republic of Ireland, group travel must be booked a minimum of 5 working days in advance of travel.
- For bookings made outside the Republic of Ireland, group travel must be booked a minimum of 10 working days in advance of travel.
- For booking purposes, the working day cut-off point is 13:00, i.e. a group wishing to travel on a Saturday must book before 13:00 the previous Monday.
- Amendments are possible up to two working days before travel, subject to availability and an amendment fee equal to 20% of the original journey fare.
- No refunds within two working days of travel.
- Cancellation fee of 20% will apply if notification is received a minimum of 2 working days before travel.
- Bus Éireann reserves the right to charge for postage and packaging.
- Group travel is not available on routes X1, X2A, and X5 (Dublin to Belfast/Newry).
- Student discount not available.
- Free travel cards are not valid as part of any group booking.
- Full payment is required in advance of the group ticket being issued.
- In order to process any refund, ticket must be returned to sender.
