Departing from the Rosslare Europort at Rosslare Harbour, and with a select number of buses leaving from Waterford Bus Station and Parnell Place in Cork, the Expressway Route 40 passes through Waterford, Cork, Killarney, Kerry Airport, and Tralee General Hospital en route before arriving at Tralee bus station.
